NePa is a script that can manage news of different people. Nepa has 4 parts:

index.php
This file is the key between the scripts and the visitor.
Here the user can log in and manage the news.
Visitors who aren't logged in can only view the news.
news.php
news.php is the engine to manage the news. index.php uses different functions of this script.
login
I didn't write the login, it is an implementation of the Jpmaster77's login.
