RF oscillator

The project

The goal was to discuss an oscillatordesign that works from 1MHz till some hundreds of MHZ.
The active element was a Bipolar Junction Transistor amplifier set up in Common Base.
A BJT amplifier in CB has no influence of the Miller effect, this limits the cutoff frequency to fT/Av.
